Kallie Wang is currently a senior at Walter Payton. In her freshman year, she took the AMC 10 for the first time and dropped a whopping 48.0 (whoops). Ever since, however, she's competed in contests like AIME, HMMT, and ARML (among many others) and has a special place in her heart for her summer math program communities.
Above all, Kallie most cherishes her communities within (and outside!) Chicago because of how much they've contributed to her mathematical journey. Thus, she hopes to give back through INTEGIRLS and encourage more girls and non-binary individuals to find a place in the math community.
Shriyadita Bhilkar is a senior at Metea Valley High School. Since middle school, she has enjoyed competing in math contests and continues to pass on the excitement by organizing summer camps and her school’s Math Team. Through INTEGIRLS, Shriyadita hopes more girls gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities.
Scarlet Gitelson is a senior at the Latin School of Chicago. She loves solving math problems and has participated in contests like the AMCs, AIME, MP4G, ARML and more. Within her school, Scarlet loves collaborating with her peers to understand science and math concepts; through INTEGIRLS, she hopes to extend that sense of math community to students in the greater Chicago area and beyond.
Cindy Wang is a junior at Barrington High School. She has enjoyed competing in math competitions throughout middle and high school, and hopes to equalize math opportunities for underrepresented communities in STEM. Outside of math, she enjoys robotics and playing badminton.
Elaine is a senior at Walter Payton and has enjoyed math since she was little. Throughout high school, Elaine has participated in various math competitions (e.g. ARML, AIME) and math programs. Outside of math, she loves to fence (the sport), play violin, and bop to music in her free time. She holds a special place in her heart for the various math communities she's a part of; thus, through INTEGIRLS, Elaine hopes to give back to the community and inspire more girls and non-binary individuals to explore the wonderful world of mathematics.
Angela Ho is a junior at Adlai E. Stevenson High School. She has been avidly involved in math competitions since middle school, and is a 2x Math Prize for Girls Invitee. She has also attended various summer programs, and loves teaching math to young students. Outside of math, Angela enjoys running, singing, physics, and traveling. Through INTEGIRLS, Angela hopes to empower female and non-binary math enthusiasts by connecting and expanding their community.
